Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add bourbon, applejack, fresh apple cider, lemon juice, thyme-infused simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters to the shaker.
- Shake Cocktail: Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly chill and blend the flavors.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled glass to keep it cold without dilution. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and apple slices for an aromatic and decorative touch.
